　　又稱小提單。
　　收貨人憑正本提單或副本提單隨同有效的擔(dān)保向承運(yùn)人或其代理人換取的，可向港口裝卸部門提取貨物的憑證。發(fā)放小提單時(shí)應(yīng)做到：（1）正本提單為合法持有人所持有(2)提單上的非清潔批注應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)上小提單。（3）當(dāng)發(fā)生溢短殘情況時(shí)，收貨人有權(quán)向承運(yùn)人或其代理獲得相應(yīng)的簽證。（4）運(yùn)費(fèi)未付的，應(yīng)在收貨人付清運(yùn)費(fèi)及有關(guān)費(fèi)用后，方可放小提單。
　　提單（Bill of Lading）[1]
　　提貨單簡稱。在海上貨物運(yùn)輸中，承運(yùn)人收到承運(yùn)的貨物后，簽發(fā)給托運(yùn)人的書面單證。其中正本2-3份，副本若干份。收貨人憑正本提單向貨運(yùn)目的地的運(yùn)輸部門提貨。
