Specialized in producing polyester sewing thread, our factory can hold the whole production course from purchasing, producing yarn and thread, dyeing, to manufacturing thread. At present we have 50,000 spindles, 100 thread-producing machines, 12 dyeing boilers of all models, annual productivity of 4,000 tons of polyester bobbin yarns, 1,500 tons of dyed yarns and 6,000,000 spindles of polyester small spindle sewing threads. We can provide clients with polyester thread and packaging in various specifications. Our main products include 20/2, 20/3,20/4, 20/5, 20/6, 20/9, 30/2, 30/3, 40/2, 40/3, 50/2, 50/3, 60/2 and 60/3.Other producs include:100%spun polyester poly core poly yarn and zipper.For small thread ball, its length can be in range from 3,000m to 15,000m, and for big thread ball, its weight can be in range from 1kg to 1.89kg. Our products have the characters of evenness, slipperiness, strong tenacity, good elasticity, low shrinkage, stronger resistance to chemical substances, high light and abrasion. And our threads are even, slippery, soft, and suitable for sewing in high speed. Our products are far sold to UK, Germany, Turkey, Nigeria, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Bengal, Philippines, Korea and Indonesia.
